" I’m running a campaign based on issues, policy and record. Mine is a record of public comment and advice over the years, both from the podium and my time as a member, and then Chair of, the Finance Advisory Board and Bond Oversight Committee. I am proud of this record and fully stand by it.
There is much to do in the coming days and weeks regarding organization, personnel, etc. and of course, fundraising. There will be a website and Facebook page set up soon and I will certainly announce their arrival when ready. Stay tuned.
I face three good men in Herman Robinson, William Joseph and Tommy Copeland. I wish them well in their campaigns and look forward to spirited debate in the months to come.

Richard will be a welcome change to the commission. He is extremely knowledgeable on matters of finance and of how our Road bond money is being spent. He is a fiscal watchdog and has strong opinions of where our tax money should and should not be spent. He is approachable and will tell you, very bluntly, how he feels.
It will be an interesting campaign.
Odd that the logo name is backwards, appears to be a third world country name.

It's probably simply the fact that everyone can pronounce RICHARD.
Guercio is an Italian name--definitely NOT 3rd world. LOL.
What if Guercio were a weird first name and Richard the surname? The way it's placed it could look like that to the inexperienced. Nothing against the candidate, the whole commission should be replaced.
