Lake Worth is a welcoming city in many respects but one other thing they welcome/encourage is bicycling. It seems that if this man was crossing South Dixie Highway on his bike, his bicycle lights didn't show to oncoming vehicles.
However, a driver knows when he has hit something. In this instance, it was a death of another human being. Hope they catch him.

I hope they catch him too. A good use for your cell phone in the car, is to quickly call 911 when you see someone going through a red light or speeding. "The life you save might be your own."
