Think of the inconvenience to the people on the train, not to mention the traffic tie-up on the streets involved, including the 10th Avenue ramp.
The guy should be thrown in jail, and then forced to pick-up trash for the next year. Are people that stupid and unaware, that they drive their cars onto the tracks and sit there.
Maybe now that Richard Branson owns the train, we will see some respect given to public transportation.
Bring back the train horn, or did the seasonal visitors just come down here to sleep.
