"While Democrats are congratulating themselves over Tuesday's victory in the House races -- and carrying out a highly suspicious "recount" effort to overturn their losses -- they're missing their biggest catastrophe.

With the Senate in Republican hands, President Trump is in position to appoint a third justice to the U.S. Supreme Court who is willing to revisit Roe vs. Wade, the infamous 1973 decision that made abortion legal until the moment of birth.

All the Supremes need is the right pitch across the plate from a lower court to take a swing.
