First, the "story" came out in late October during the 1st set of fires, not this latest group near L.A.

California is a sanctuary state. Of course no one there is going to come out against an ILLEGAL ALIEN.
I don't know how they ever determine who started one of those fires, unless someone rats them out, but if they ever do, it should be a death penalty case.
