First off, this story about Dearborn is over a year old. Secondly, the article is completely untrue, the law never past. This is satirical, nonsense. Do a little research.
And so what the Dearborn story is over a year old? The problem exists and that's what's happening. The article is untrue according to whom? There is nothing "satirical" about it.
