We see vehicles like this all of the time...windows so dark that you can't see in. The sheriff never seems to pull them over. This one is parked on a city street. In fact, I have received complaints that many infractions of law and local ordinances have been pointed out to the Sheriff but are ignored--they are too busy with humongous crime or the retort is, "What do you want me to do about it?" Let's hope this is an exaggeration. Recently there was a fellow screaming obscenities at the top of his lungs. I was told that this was "freedom of speech."
316.2953 Side windows; restrictions on sunscreening material.--A person shall not operate any motor vehicle on any public highway, road, or street on which vehicle the side wings and side windows on either side forward of or adjacent to the operator's seat are composed of, covered by, or treated with any sunscreening material or other product or covering which has the effect of making the window nontransparent or which would alter the window's color, increase its reflectivity, or reduce its light transmittance, except as expressly permitted by this section. A sunscreening material is authorized for such windows if, when applied to and tested on the glass of such windows on the specific motor vehicle, the material has a total solar reflectance of visible light of not more than 25 percent as measured on the nonfilm side and a light transmittance of at least 28 percent in the visible light range. A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a nonmoving violation as provided in chapter 318.

Thank you Lynn for bringing this all up, I agree with you. The police and law enforcement just do not do enough, then they wonder after the fact. WE NEED ALL OUR LAWS ENFORCED 24/7!
I have the same problem my gym at LA Fitness in Boynton Beach, they have all these rules for the gym yet do not enforce them, these young guys never break down weights or put anything back, they just leave it. The do not use headphones and blast their music with lyrics using the f and words for all of us to hear. The do not share or care.
I do not know what is becoming of our society anymore. No one cares in this me or I generation, but about themselves. Very very sad. and on top of it, law or rules do not apply or mean a thing, police and our law enforcement of clubs do not enforce our laws, very sad Lynn, thanks for the good fight on so much here. God loves ya.
