Please be accurate. The shooting took place at Congress Park apartments and after calling 911, the victims were stopped by authorities at 10th and I-95.
It's west of the college on 6th Ave. The points are 3 miles apart so "Two men shot near 10th Avenue North I-95 exit" is open to interpretation, apparently. Try Google maps.
The REAL story should be "Thousands of rush hour commuters inconvenienced for 2 hours by a pair of morons that thought driving themselves to the hospital after being shot was a good idea".

The shooting was probably a drug deal gone bad.

Its one block north of 10th ave north on congress. East side. Just south St Lukes Catholic Church.
I believe that they drove their car and ended up there in an attempt to get away from the shooters.
