A few city mayors from Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Briny Breezes, Manalapan and Lantana met to discuss ways to consolidate services. Bill Thrasher who is the city manager of Gulfstream and a member of Lake Worth's Finance Advisory board, got hit with a big surcharge for fire-rescue services in his city.
