GENESIS Neighborhood Association Meeting
THURSDAY – September 16, 2010
Peniel Haitian Baptist Church – 1110 South A Street
I. CALL TO ORDER: 6pm
A. Pledge of Allegiance: volunteer from the public
II. PRESENTATIONS: (10 minutes per candidate)
The names of all four candidates will be placed in a bag and a volunteer member of the public will be asked to reach into the bag, without looking, and select one card. The name of the candidate drawn will be the first candidate to speak. This process shall be repeated for all the candidates.
III. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
Q&A: Public will ask the candidate of their choice their question(s). The number of questions answered is at the discretion of each individual candidate.
In the same order the candidates were selected to speak they shall each be offered 3 minutes each to make closing statements before adjournment of the meeting.
