Dream Act - another Scheme

Undocumented students demand "rights"

This bill would provide certain illegal immigrant students who graduate from US high schools, who are of good moral character, arrived in the U.S. as minors, and have been in the country continuously for at least five years prior to the bill's enactment, the opportunity to earn conditional permanent residency.

The only reason to enact a Dream Act Bill is because our Congress does not and can not and will not deal with the illegal immigration issue. The Dream Act is just one step closer to amnesty. What these students (up to the age of 35) are saying is, "It is un-American to indefinitely and irremediably punish us for decisions made by our parents many years ago."

What is un-American are all of you here in this country illegally and a drag on the system. How much longer do we have to put up with the nonsense? Your parents brought you here ILLEGALLY. You have been here for years. You have been granted a free public school education and American taxpayers have paid $173,606,487,597 towards this for the past 14 years. You have American friends. Did you not once want to even become one? Why didn't you try to become a citizen? And now all you do is whine and demand the SAME monetary break to go to college as citizens get. Why?

This November, will everyone please vote responsibly?
