On Monday evening, President Trump unveiled a series of new Executive Orders targeting military practices and strategic defense.Addressing Republican lawmakers at a retreat at Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida, the President outlined his plan to bolster national security and ensure military efficiency. Trump highlighted his commitment to safeguarding American citizens with an advanced Iron Dome missile defense shield, asserting that “everything will be made right here in the USA, 100%.”
He emphasized that while the U.S. has defended other nations, it now stands ready to protect its own people. Citing Israel’s successful missile defense efforts, Trump expressed confidence in America’s technological capacity, stating, “And when Ronald Reagan wanted to do it many years ago, luckily we didn’t. We didn’t have the technology then. It was a concept, but we didn’t, and now we have phenomenal technology.”
Furthermore, Trump’s orders aim to eliminate what he perceives as divisive ideologies within the military ranks.
