The recent proclamation of the Chuckwalla National Monument and the Sáttítla Highlands National Monument by Joe Biden has sparked interest, not just for the gesture towards conservation, but primarily due to Biden’s appearance of confusion during the signing process.

At 82, Biden, who has spent over half a century in politics, seemed unsure of himself, reportedly asking, “I gotta fill this in?” and “Uh, the day of… you’ll fill in the dates here, guys?”
