Andrew Cuomo gets sworn in for a 3rd term

Elected with 58% of the vote, Andrew Cuomo starts his third term as governor of New York.

New York ranks #41 for fiscal health whereas Florida ranks #4. The liberals love Cuomo for all that free stuff and of course, all that Trump bashing.
