City Commission Meeting of 1-15-19 and Richard Guercio

Scroll to 1:06 and listen to Richard Guercio's powerful testimony regarding the city administration as well as the vice mayor to shut him up while he was Chair of the city's Finance Advisory Board. He spoke for 15 minutes as other residents gave up their time to Mr. Guercio to allow him to present his case to the public and clear the air.

Wow. Time for a new city attorney. Everyone knows how corrupt this administration is. From the meeting and Dinner behind closed doors where they get their votes in sync to harassment of boards and private citizens they have vendettas against. Nobody gives a rats ass anymore. They are just moving away from this corrupt cess pit. Hooray for the new Peters family ville!

The Lake Worth High School principal says he wonders why so few white kids go to LW High. It might be because the average SAT score at the high school is now 1070 while the American average is 1500. Just guessing here.

All the kids in the schools in LW are either of Haitian or Guatemalan/Latin decent, there are very few whites or others there, this is the population of the city now, 93% ESOL, it is a poor city where immigrants can rent and squeeze 10-20 immigrants to a rental and that is why there are so many cars all over all the streets too. Watch out all, a lot of these people in LW do not have a drivers license or insurance either, it is a huge mess in Lake Worth now, so much is over looked in the name of racism, no one wants law and order any more, it is anything goes. Lake Worth is not a safe place to live or be in. All Americans should rise up against our government who is not enforcing the laws in this city, state, and country, the President wants to, but all the andy's out there want all this craziness here and to live off the government like he is doing.

my gut says that Guercio is legit but as a fairly new (2 year) resident in LW... can someone please sum up the history/drama within the dias and this guy? they seem like classic frenemies.and the Peters? what is the connection...?

Richard first moved here in 1995. He has been here for ten straight years now.
I don't think there is any drama involving Richard from the commissioners on the dais.
Richard was chair of the Finance Advisory Board.
Don't know about any involvement with the Peters but I would say that most people involved in politics in L.W. know or have met the Peters.

@7:14--sorry--I thought you were saying that Richard had only been here for 2 years.
