California billionaire Tom Steyer, and someone who has indicated he might run for president in 2020, is targeting Iowa’s new congresswomen in television ads calling on them to join his effort to impeach President Donald Trump.

It’s part of a $2.5 million national ad buy targeting Iowa and the three other leadoff states Billionaire Democrat Tom Steyer is planning to visit the early presidential caucus and primary states of Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada as he considers running for president in 2020.
