Lake Worth coffee shop discovers price to replace plastic straws
Already voted as the top place for a fine cup of coffee, Common Ground Coffee Shop on South J Street in Lake Worth will forego cheaper plastic straws and begin to use straws made out of paper. Eventually they want to rid themselves of all things plastic in their shop.
Read about it... and Common Ground's intent to do their part to take care of our environment in spite of the cost.

That's good news. I go there for the coffee cake, so I don't use a straw, but it's a good beginning.
Maybe Starbucks will get the hint.
