Gulfstream Hotel partners suing each other

Lake Worth’s Gulfstream Hotel project snarled in partner lawsuits

Read about it...

and the two partners, CDS Gulfstream that own 51% and HH Gulfstream (Hudson Holdings) with infamous partner, Steven Michael.

It always astonishes me that Lake Worth can take a stand against its citizens (which it did in the height amendment and the lawsuit) and bend over backwards for developers every single time.

Good reasons not to vote for these incumbents, Pam and Scott.

I WOULDNT PUT ANY TRUST IN EITHER OF THESE TWO GUYS.THIS WOULD BE A GOOD WAY TO SELL THE BUILDING AND GET OUT FROM UNDER IT.AS FOR THE VOTE I SAY ALL 5 HAVE TO GO.BUT RIGHT NOW PAM AND SCOTT ARE THE THORNS.MUST BE NICE TO GET SOMEONE TO PAY FOR YOUR LITE FINGERS.ALSO NICE TO HAVE YOUR LIGHTS TURNED BACK ON WITHOUT PAYING UP FRONT.LETS SEE HOW MANY ARE REALLY SICK OF THESE CROOKS

I can't imagine Drew winning against Pam; she is entrenched at this point, and frankly at the top of her game. I really like Drew, but I think he should stay in the environmental sphere. We need him to try to save the planet for us.
