Acquifier Study to be made in order to renew permit

The City voted on an engineering firm to conduct a Surficial Aquifer Safe Yield Study to determine safe withdrawal limits from the surficial aquifer. And guess what? Mock Roos did not get the bid. This must be a first. What happened here? There was a one point difference in the ranking but no information is given as to what the Mock Roos bid amount was.

Based on the CCNA, Brown and Caldwell from West Palm Beach got the bid to develop an analysis of the City's surficial wellfield. The cost--$49,928.
