Lake Worth to give Incentives to Gulfstream Developers

Commission Meeting Tuesday, May 25th, starting at 4pm

The City and Developer are preparing an Economic Investment Incentive package as authorized by the City’s Code of Ordinances that includes an Economic Investment Infrastructure Incentive of reimbursement of costs for necessary infrastructure improvements adjacent to the Project that are included in the City’s Five Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)

Aside from investment incentives involving, electric, water, sewer and stormwater, the sum of $1,000,000.00 will be appropriated from Capital Fund Balance for the purposes of constructing Gulfstream capital improvements
