Lake Worth Beach commissioner Hardy resigns... with some parting words
That's the headline this morning from the Palm Beach Post!Omari Hardy fooled a lot of people when he first ran for Commissioner--even me. I was hoping for the best. I have always said he is smart as a whip, did his research and read the back-up, which is more than some on the dais. I am guessing that once he made up his mind to run for higher office, he decided to show how "radicalized" and "racist" he truly is. He changed just like a chameleon.
"Several initiatives put forth in recent months by Hardy – including renaming Dixie Highway and opting to recognize Indigenous Peoples' Day instead of Columbus Day – were rejected by the majority with little consideration. A task force to look into systemic racism in Lake Worth Beach that was sponsored by Robinson and strongly supported by Hardy was also brushed aside."
On November 3, please vote for Danielle Madsen for District 88 FL State Rep.

I sent my ballot in and did not vote for Omari. It better be counted.

Hope Herman is next to go! I’ll ask again, what had Herman achieved as a council member? He’s a nice guy is all I hear.
What will Jorge Milan write about now?
