Another black man killed by a white police officer.

May he rest in peace.

I understand what you are saying Dan, but, I think it's an oversimplification. He may well be a sociopath, and also a racist. What does that make the officers standing there with him? Mutes? We will have to wait until we know more about the 18 other complaints they had against him, which should have precluded his employment on the force to begin with. It's unfortunate that the Legal Defense System we have in this country, makes it difficult to charge him as he should be charged, with 2nd degree murder. Also, there is no death penalty in Minnesota, which makes it easy to commit a crime like that and not hang. I hope they can add Federal Charges to the case that will make it possible for us to get rid of this monster for good.

Amy Kandybar had a chance to get rid of this officer but she let it slide. She should be called up on that and other abuses. SHE could have prevented this but then maybe it's all intentional.
