Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who made waves as a witness during the Trump impeachment proceedings, was fired by the National Security Council and escorted off of the White House grounds, according to Fox News chief White House correspondent John Roberts.
Vindman gave his opinion (that it was improper for the president of the United States to demand a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen and political opponent) that was arbitrary to the Commander in Chief's. His firing is justified and it wouldn't be any different if he were an employee while working in private enterprise who went against the CEO.
“Colonel Vindman’s twin brother, Yevgeny Vindman, also an Army lieutenant colonel who worked at the White House, was fired as well and escorted out at the same time.”
