PBSO Contract

Article 6, Section 6.1 of the Law Enforcement Service Agreement is amended as
to the total amount due for services for the period beginning October 01, 2018
through September 30, 2019 as follows:

• $13,623,727.00 Annual payment

• $1,135,310.62 Monthly payment

In accordance with Article 12 of the Law Enforcement Service Agreement, the
Parties have agreed to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional one (1) year. The term of this Agreement shall run through September 30, 2019.
