A senior FBI official told Twitter that Hunter Biden’s laptop was legitimate on the same day The Post published the first in its bombshell reporting series on documents linking President Biden to his son’s foreign business deals, according to stunning new deposition testimony released Thursday by the House Judiciary Committee.

That confirmation was not shared with voters ahead of the 2020 election as dozens of former intelligence officials and then-presidential candidate Joe Biden falsely suggested that the incriminating documents were Russian disinformation.

Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz announced Tuesday that he would introduce a bill to the House of Representatives “to defund” Special Counsel Jack Smith’s grand jury investigation into the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

“I will be introducing legislation to DEFUND Jack Smith’s witch hunt against President Trump,” Gaetz wrote on Twitter just hours after former President Donald Trump confirmed on social media that he had been notified he was a target in the investigation and expected to face an arrest and indictment.

“They are attacking our democracy and engaging in election interference right now. The United States Congress has the capability to stop this election interference, and we must act immediately!” Gaetz added.

The Gulfstream Hotel and vacant land next to it in finalizing contract

Could be sold to a firm specializing in historic restoration, marking the latest twist in the saga of the downtown Lake Worth Beach property.

After three years of on-again, off-again efforts, Restoration St. Louis is close to finalizing a contract to buy 100% of the membership interest in Gulfstream Owner LLC, an entity awarded rights to restore and expand the shuttered Lake Avenue hotel, said Jeff Perlman, executive vice president of CDS International Holdings, which owns the hotel and the land.

The sale is expected to close in mid-October, said Amrit Gill, president of Restoration St. Louis. Renovation of the historic hotel could begin by Nov. 1, he added.

IRS special agent Joseph Ziegler, a whistleblower who testified before Congress on Wednesday, said in an interview this week that numerous roadblocks were put in front of him during his investigation into President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter.

CBS News reporter Catherine Herridge asked Ziegler, “Did you uncover evidence that President Biden financially benefited from his son’s deals?”

“I don’t feel comfortable answering that question,” Ziegler responded. “Any time we potentially wanted to go down the road of asking questions related to the president, it was, ‘That’s gonna take too much approvals, we can’t ask those questions.’ And I mean, it created an environment that was very hard to deal with.”

Ziegler said that the response he would get when he tried to press the issue was, “Let’s put that on the back burner.”

Unfortunately, Biden began to deteriorate rapidly during their joint presser in the Oval Office. As the press corps looked on, the US president’s head drooped down dramatically and his speaking became incoherent.

Biden begins by claiming that he brought Israelis and Palestinians together on a political level. On that front, I have no idea what he’s talking about. The relationship between the two sides is as bad as it has been since the aftermath of the Yom Kippur War. For its part, the Biden administration has done everything it can to alienate the Israelis despite continued acts of terrorism from the Palestinian territories. To say that Biden has brought the two sides together is just laughably false.

A former FBI supervisory special agent has allegedly confirmed key portions of an IRS whistleblower’s testimony that President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, received preferential treatment during an investigation into felony tax crimes, according to the House Oversight Committee.

“Today, a former FBI supervisory special agent assigned to the FBI’s Wilmington office and the Biden criminal investigation confirmed key portions of the IRS whistleblower’s testimony,” committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) said in a July 17 statement.

Mr. Comer did not reveal the identity of the former FBI agent.

He further claimed that the night before the interview of Hunter Biden, “both Secret Service headquarters and the Biden transition team were tipped off about the planned interview.”

So much corruption in the Biden government!
