Key Trump Official Takes Legal Action Against DOJ
Kash Patel, a former official from the Trump administration, has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI. The lawsuit alleges a “politically motivated” effort by the DOJ and the FBI to obtain a subpoena for Patel’s personal email account data back in 2017.The lawsuit, lodged in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, raises the question, “Who watches the watchmen?” It emphasizes the importance of oversight, especially in a post-PATRIOT Act era where the U.S. Government has been exposed for spying on its citizens. The lawsuit also bashes the weaponization of federal law enforcement agencies against the American people.
Kash Patel’s distinguished career includes his tenure as a counterterrorism prosecutor at the DOJ, where he led investigations against terror groups like Al-Qa’ida and ISIS. He also served as the DOJ Liaison Officer to the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), working with elite counterterrorism units.

A federal appeals court has determined that the Biden administration, health officials, and the FBI have acted in a manner contrary to the First Amendment by exerting pressure on social media corporations to suppress posts concerning COVID-19, Hunter Biden, and elections.5th Circuit Court of Appeals, is headquartered at the John Minor Wisdom United States Court of Appeals Building in New Orleans, Louisiana, upheld a previous ruling prohibiting certain government representatives, including those from the Biden administration, from communicating with social media companies regarding content moderation.
“The Fifth Circuit has upheld the district court’s order in our free speech case, Missouri v. Biden, enjoining the White House, Surgeon General, CDC, & FBI from violating the First Amendment rights of millions of Americans,” Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, on Friday.

Man is accused of violating new state law banning display of hate images without permission
We have so many idiots who could be our next door neighbor.A Florida man was arrested by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Wednesday, accused of hanging swastikas and antisemitic signage on Orlando’s Daryl Carter Parkway Bridge.
Jason Brown, 48, of Cape Canaveral, purportedly hung the offending signage off a fence on the bridge with direct sight lines to U.S. Interstate 4 on June 10. The alleged display was not permitted, and state authorities are also seeking three other people at the demonstration who live out of state.
Mr. Brown, whom Florida officials described as a “neo-Nazi demonstrator,” claims to be a member of the Order of the Black Sun, an antisemitic extremist group. The name references the black sun symbol first used by the Nazi SS and its leader, Heinrich Himmler.
Order of the Black Sun (OBS) is a small neo-Nazi network primarily based in the state of Florida. The group distributes propaganda and holds in-person demonstrations to spread their white supremacist ideology. OBS was formed in early 2023 by long time affiliates of Florida's overlapping white supremacist network.
The alleged display would constitute a violation of Florida House Bill 269, signed into law earlier in 2023 by Governor Ron DeSantis.
