Trump Admin Officially Rescinds Biden-Era Title IX Rules That Allowed Men in Women’s Sports
The Trump administration formally rescinded the Biden-era rewrite of Title IX on Monday, removing regulations that had expanded sex-discrimination protections to include sexual orientation and gender identity.The Education Department is restoring the 2020 Title IX framework from President Trump’s first term, completing a rollback that had already largely taken effect after a federal court struck down the Biden rule.
The department is instead restoring the regulatory language adopted during President Trump’s first administration. The final rule is scheduled for formal publication Tuesday.
McMahon Announces Formal Rollback--Education Secretary Linda McMahon said the action brings the federal regulations in line with the rules her department has already been enforcing.
“Today’s rulemaking clears the Biden Administration’s illegal rewrite of Title IX from the Code of Federal Regulations and restores the commonsense language promulgated in the first Trump Administration,” McMahon said.Read about it...

He should have done this day one of his presidency it makes no sense why would you have men or allow men to compete against women in sports? Even if they're a trans man they are still a man and it should not be allowed it's so stupid there are only two genders male and female we are either born male or female that's it folks!
