A good reason to get underground utility cables--they are screwing up my sunrises :)

Photoshop would be a help too.

Just love your photos and this sunrise. I love getting to the beach daily for sunrises too, just so beautiful at our beach now, we are blessed.

On another note, I have a gripe, we all pay for beach parking passes to park in those designated parking areas. I appreciate and respect this, but lately I have noticed all last week, a car, a silver VW Jetta parking there and she does not have a decal. She puts her LW employee name badge, I think the name was Christina Casara( sp--not sure of now) or something like that, no decal ,just using this badge to park in our area, and it seems the parking attend doesn't ticket her, it says on her badge she is in charge or licenses in the city. Who is she? Why does she have the tight to park her without buying a decal, it looks like she is there with kids playing at the beach, it just seems like an abuse of power, when we all pay, this is wrong ethically in my opinion, Lynn can you check on this? Take a photo or call her on it?

I will contact the traffic manager and hope for a response.

Dear Anonymous--Here is the reply:

Good Afternoon Lynn,
In regards to City employee Christina Ansara parking in the decal parking lot, please be advised that the situation has been rectified. Christina Ansara at the time of incident, was issued a citation for parking in the Decal only parking area. Also after further investigation by our Parking Division, it was determined that Ms. Ansara is not an active employee of the City of Lake Worth. She has been asked to return her City ID immediately to our Human Resources office.
No one including City staff are allowed to park in decal parking spaces unless they have a purchased a City of Lake Worth Beach Decal.

Thank you, for the heads up.
Happy Sunrises,
Mark Sykes
