Charged in Federal court yesterday with using a weapon of mass destruction as well as malicious destruction of property resulting in death. The charges carry the possibility of the death penalty or life in prison.
Whitehouse press secretary, Jay Carney, said Tsarnaev would not be tried as an enemy combatant. “We will process this terrorist through our system of justice.”

This guy is an enemy combatant and as such should have been tried as such. He should not have protections under our judicial system even if he is a naturalized citizen. Screw him.
