Remember when illegal immigrants with violent criminal records were let back into our neighborhoods? For years, our immigration system was stuck in a loop. Even when police caught dangerous illegal aliens, sending them home was often impossible. Their home countries simply refused to take them back. Americans were left wondering who was in charge of our borders.

That’s changing now. President Trump promised a new approach to immigration – one that puts American safety first. While news outlets talked about border walls and ICE raids, the administration quietly found new ways to solve old problems.

The Supreme Court gave Trump a big win for his immigration plans. In a clear ruling, the high court said the government can deport eight illegal immigrant criminals to South Sudan – a country that is not their homeland. This important decision gives the president power to send dangerous criminals to third countries when their home nations won’t take them back.
