Some Questions That Should Be Answered Before the Vote:
1. What is the estimated interest rate for the bonds?
2. What is the estimated total underwriting cost for the bonds?
3. What is the estimated bond counsel fees for the bonds?
4. What is the estimated total cost to be paid for the bonds over their life?
5. What is the estimated total principal and interest to be paid?
6. Are all bond costs to be paid out of bond proceeds, or will the City pay any bond costs from other sources of funds?
7. Has the city selected an underwriter for the bonds?
8. Has the city selected bond counsel for the bonds?
9. What other bond advisors and professionals have already been hired?
10. Are road projects in most cities treated as annual maintenance?
