Beer joint opens in Lake Worth

Comment Up

Directly across the street from Common Ground Coffee Bar...makes sense.  Stumble out of one place and sober up at another.

This is so awesome, I've been wanting to get into home brewing, and now they are so close by. Can't wait to pop in and taste some of the beers.

Welcome to the Downtown Lake Worth Business Community!

"this is so awesome"
this is the mentality in this city. Hookah bars, kava, Vape, drug addicts, and bars all over the place. What's one more? it's awesomeness.

Not really a beer joint, this is an established and favorite business of many locals.

11:23 take your tea toting head out of sand. Crafts beers are very popular and people like to make beer and wine in their homes for their personal consumption.

If your so appalled, why don't you open a lace shop, hat shop, horse and buggy shop or some other shop who's days are long gone.

You have a religious conviction that for bids your use of alcohol products… Then you are free to have your own opinion. And the rest of us are free to have ours. That doesn't mean we have to cow-tow to your beliefs like the radical jhadist espouse.

Why can't you wish these entrepreneurs well? They are bringing a successful business with many many decades of experience under their belt to our city. They are bringing jobs and tax revenue to our city. What is so wrong with that?

Wonderful. This downtown is nothing but bars and bull shit and eccentric people with their dogs. It's no wonder no one wants to go there anymore. Perhaps this beer establishment will be an added feature to our downtown. It sounds like this owner wants to close off J Street too just like Jon Jordan. It's a trend. Take over our city street for your self enrichment and this commission allows it. Propaganda gave them a big fundraiser so that's what it's all about.

It's an entertainment district, where else would you suggest they should have chosen in Lake Worth as a retail operation?
