It there something illegal going on in this picture?

Nope--just the good ole American entrepreneurial spirit (commerce) going on at our city park and on what some consider legal at least for the moment.

Australia is the only country in the world that regulates kava like a narcotic and considers it to be a drug.

So, you want to get high, drop out and feel mellow--this is the stuff. Go for it. If you want to be a part of the real world, stick with H2O.

If you do suffer symptoms of harm due to drinking Kava, then Florida laws do exist to protect you. Personal injury laws are on the books for just this sort of thing. Kava may not be an alcoholic beverage, but those who manufacturer, distribute, and sell this herb or drink are still responsible for its safety.

The Purple Lotus kava bar in WPB is being sued right now. Some couple said they got addicted.

We should run them out of town!

It's still legal. When I walked by the night of the Monster Mash, not a soul was in the bar...not one person.
