Announced by City Manager, Michael Bornstein, Lake Worth has a new Utility Director, John (Jack) Borsch.
The offer
John Borsch is a three decade veteran of the electric power industry having served as an engineer, maintenance manager and a plant manager. Mr. Borsch has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Mathematics.That will help immensely when formulating the electric department budget.
