Motel on North Federal Highway and 3rd Avenue will open in 3 to 4 weeks.
This is the old Holiday House that has been closed for years. The new owners, who have invested in our city, are finishing up on the painting and look forward to opening.

i drove by there and it looks very nice. We can only hope that they will not allow hookers, etc. on the property.
Fingers crossed, this property has been in poor repair for ages. Of course the city never did anything the many years it was boarded up. I do hope that the city and/or PBSO will enforce the parking ordinances that govern this residential neighborhood, and I further hope that other crime issues related to that property do not crop back up.
