You must have had your head buried in the sand to have thought copper wire was only being stolen from Lake Worth. Thieves are hitting everywhere - cities, businesses, even pulling the wiring out of the light poles on roads and interstates.
A solution I have is Electrilock. Check it out you might be able to use this. You can get it on Amazon or ebay.
