Trump DOJ accuses Biden-appointed judge of defying the Supreme Court
In May, Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge Myong Joun, born is Seoul, South Korea, blocked the Trump administration from making substantial cuts to the Department of Education.Although the Supreme Court later lifted Joun's injunction, he is now being accused of defying America's highest judicial body.
According to Reuters, that allegation was put forward late last week in a brief authored by Department of Justice (DOJ) attorneys.It was submitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit this past Thursday after Joun indicated that another injunction remained in effect.
The judge had previously found that President Donald Trump's cuts to the Department of Education's budget was an attempt to "dismantle the department without an authorizing statute."

They shouldn't be able to get away with it because they're defying the Supreme Court and what they said recently and Trump has the right to do these things as in his executive orders in his executive branch of the government he has the right to do this and all these courts and other lower courts cannot keep blocking him from everything he does as the president it's against the law according to the Supreme Court so he should just keep doing everything and not even allowing it at all just ignoring and disregarding everything these lower courts do to him because they're breaking the law they're not following what the Supreme Court said recently!
