I don't know if it's karma and he's getting what he deserves from God for being such a poor evil nasty person all his life but we must never forget that he's done a lot of really bad things he and his son and family they're very greedy very self-serving very corrupt a real crime family and no matter what happens never forget that he knew what he was doing in the past and all the evil that he's done, maybe that's why he's suffering from dementia now, please pray for the United States of America and all it's good people!
