Building Certification Mandate will be lucrative Business for Engineers

Push for statewide building recertification mandate gaining momentum

agreed some mandates should have been in place all along.now there are going to be so many hands in that its really going to drain condos.architecs,code ,fire dept,citys are going to get in like cra and dont forget the boards.its a real shame this happened in miami but lets find out what did it before charging.like anything else maintince is cheaper.sorry if i forgot any

This affects Hi-Rise rentals as well as Condos. It's the proverbial closing the door after the horse ran out of the barn.

Everything has a price. If the price to live in a hi-rise gets too high, well, what can I say.

If they pass this, it will affect condos 3 stories or higher from what I understand.
