@7:20pm...FIRED They should have offered the job to Jamie who has been doing this job for 2 years. He is smart, graduate of Purdue, an Engineer and has shown his loyalty to our city over and over again and he his our Public Works Director. But they had to listen to one of our citizens complain at every meeting about getting a city manager who had the exprience. Jamie HAD the experience.
I know he is good I like Jamie he was always a good employee over the years and they could have offered the job to him at his same rate probably and not even given much of a raise or anything and saved a lot of money for the taxpayers of the city he would have done it and probably not even ask for any more pay increase. And he knows the city and loves it and he cares!

Is it in The last 5 years they've gone through three city managers .nobody stays. Or they get fired
