The Gulfstream Hotel Project Update

As of Friday, April 1, 2022, City staff is in receipt of a complete entitlement/development request application including revisions for the restoration and redevelopment of the Gulfstream Hotel and the adjacent vacant properties. An initial public hearing before the City’s Historic Resources Preservation Board is scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 6 pm in the City Commission Chambers.
