Based on that picture, it looks like a 6 story Building. That's better than a hi-rise. I wonder if it will be a Hotel with Condo Units. I can't imagine they could maintain full occupancy of all of those units year-round. As a Condo with Hotel, I imagine they would sell like hot cakes at a very good price.
