This is well within the SOP of Monsanto.
If the government is shielding Monsanto, which they do all the time, then the suggestion of terrorism on a plant in the middle of nowhere would be a likely diversion.
It means they couldn't sell the accident line... There are a lot more things coming out on this daily.
