Although this video hits on terrorists plots and does not mention the fertilizer plant explosion, I would bet that you, right along with me, thought that the Texas fertilizer plant explosion might have been an act of terror. Now there is a possibility that we might have been on the mark. CNN reported on Monday that the state fire marshal’s office said it ruled out four potential causes: weather, natural causes, anhydrous ammonium and ammonium nitrate in a rail car.

This is well within the SOP of Monsanto.
If the government is shielding Monsanto, which they do all the time, then the suggestion of terrorism on a plant in the middle of nowhere would be a likely diversion.
