He's not the only one subject to the flight plan. Whole neighborhoods are impacted.
So what is the solution; change the flight plan and disturb someone else's neighborhood?
Modern living does make a lot of noise. I think it's when there is no noise anymore that we should be worried.
At least noise usually means things are working.
