Civil Rights Ordinance inacted in Wellington

Wellington now joins Atlantic Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Dunedin, Gainesville, Greenacres, Gulfport, Key West, Lake Worth, Leesburg, Miami, Miami Beach, Oakland Park, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Tampa, Venice, West Palm Beach and Wilton Manors municipalities that have enacted LGBT-inclusive municipal civil rights ordinances.

It took women's suffrage until 1920. Some places are slower to get in sink...some don't need ordinances to understand that everyone has civil rights. I would say that Wellington was somewhat behind the times in this regard but it's done.
