AFL Lawsuits Expose Former Kamala Harris Staffers Behind the Biden-Harris Administration’s Most Radical Policies

WASHINGTON, D.C. – After obtaining information through a litigation blitz, America First Legal (AFL) has identified more than 40 political appointees in the Biden-Harris administration who previously worked for Kamala Harris before she became Vice President of the United States.

AFL’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits have obtained employment records, including résumé, SF-50s, and ethics pledges, detailing each appointee’s full name, salaries, titles, work histories, and the agencies they work for. AFL has previously uncovered the far-left radicals running the Departments of Homeland Security and Justice, while the media has exposed appointees at the Departments of Education and Health and Human Services. AFL has made all these records available in AFL’s Woke Wagon’s searchable database.

In these records, AFL exposes how Vice President Harris placed her most loyal associations — from her time as California Attorney General, campaigning for Senate, in the Senate, and campaigning for president — all across the federal government to promote, influence, and execute this administration’s radical policies, including:

• Open-borders;
• Resettling ‘refugees’ with terror ties from Afghanistan;
• Targeting conservative Americans as ‘domestic terrorists’;
• Unfreezing billions of dollars for Iran;

• Other long-time Kamala Harris loyalists who saw their salaries double upon being appointed to the administration include: • Jonathon Bertran-Harris, who was a Policy Analyst for Attorney General Harris and Legislative Assistant for Senator Harris, had his salary of $61,667 increase to $144,128 as Assistant Director for Congressional Relations at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE);


• Brenda Alejandra Gonzalez, who was Press Secretary and Community Liaison for Attorney General Harris and State Press Secretary and Senior Director of Public Engagement for Senator Harris, had her salary of $91,354 increase to $163,000 as Chief of Public Affairs U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)


• Brent Anthony Robinson, who was Outreach Director for Harris’s Senate campaign and District Director and Co-Chair of the Staff Committee on Cultural Competency, Diversity & Inclusion in Senator Harris’s Office, had his salary of $64,591 increase to $153,434 as Director of Strategic Engagement at DHS.
