I have lived in South Florida for over 30 years and I can say that I have never seen an individual, legal or otherwise, like the one pictured here....never.

In your opinion, @9:39. MS-13 is here and it does exist. It is the most dangerous gang in the world. ICE has begun instructing its agents to scrutinize girls and young women as closely as males for MS-13 involvement. It's heavily entrenched in our society whether you have seen one or not.
There is no question that MS13 is dangerous, but I wouldn't discount the Russian gangs in and around Brighton, in New York. Just because we are closer to Central America than is, let us say New Jersey, is no reason to believe that all of the gangs are here. There was a horrible crime committed in New Jersey by MS13. I believe it was in a school yard.
Some event usually precipitates an attack by a gang, however, I would always err on the side of caution.
