Community Relations Board

Comment Up
Some continue to speak about anarchists and activists and lump all of them into one group and blame them for everything wrong with our City. This has been circulating around to certain Facebook members and consists of inflammatory statements and a way to get the citizenry riled up:

At tonight’s City Commission Meeting, Scott Maxwell will attempt to thwart the attempt to get PBSO to voluntarily cancel their contract.

Peter Tsolkas’s memo to reduce the amount of contractual Payments below a level acceptable to PBSO will be discussed as well as the stated Mission of the Community Relations Board toward investigating and interviewing the actions and personnel of the PBSO. Given the intentions of the Board, it can be anticipated that their actions will be biased and agenda driven—an agenda of getting rid of PBSO.

This witch hunt will be allowed to continue by a majority vote of the Commission unless significant Community Input is made tonight.

Ummmmm.... that was posted in an open group that everyone is welcome to view or join or share their opinion on...... If you can, please also post a copy of that wonderfully illuminating email from the CRB chair that was discussed at this evening's commission meeting? That would be educational to all bloggers....

Russ-I am not posting your comment as you have a false allegation.

To the poster above, I was told that Wes already has posted the Panagioti e-mail.

The citizens spoke but the commission didn't listen.

Lynn,

It was signed "Chairman of the Community Relations Board" A friend of mine was out eating downtown and Pantygoat handed her one of his manifesto flyers and she asked who are you and he answered I am the Chairman of the Community Relations Board. He was never authorized by a majority vote of the CRB to distribute a document that DOES NOT convey the CRB's majority opinion. This is a blatant abuse of his position on that board. I doubt anyone is surprised though. This is someone who has no respect for our laws and is on the FBI watchlist. He should resign immediately.

I don't have a false anything. I suppose you meant a "false allegation"? The origins of Mr. Tsolkas' memo aren't in question. I asked if you seriously supported the clowns that put this cretin in the CRB chair and provided the same link Wes did. I asked if you would post the memo word-for-word, suggesting it would rile alot of folks up.

It seems to have done just that.

Yes, Russ, that's what I said, false allegation. Why would you think that I supported anyone who appointed Panagioti? I have written about this, and did when it happened. So, your first question was a false allegation and this statement of yours above is a false assumption posed in a question. So don't come over here and be nasty. Stay over on Wes' blog. Thanks very much.

and to the azz who just tried to post here, post with you own name- You are one gutless SOB. No, I am a hell of a lot worse than Waterman any day of the week, Read the damn rules. Thanks. Now, you might get some respect if you post under your own name and I know who you are. Other than that, take a hike. Thanks again.

The problem Lynn is you do not know who I am. I am one of the 10 people who has moved into Lake Worth since the special election.

You are one of the 10 new people in this city since the special election? Congratulations. I guess you have been a quick study and actually know something that might be going on?

And since I don't know who you are, why not come out of the closet for the world to know.

Swettie I have not been in the closet since I was 13.
