Lake Worth man arrested for allegedly stabbing store clerk for refusing to sell him alcohol.
Read about it here. The location of the incident is across from the Shuffleboard Court building and the city wonders why seniors did not want to go there.
Does the vegetable stand have a permit to sell cervesa?
ReplyDeleteLove the bars on the outside of the windows and doors. Nice impression for one of our gateways.
It is our city and its leadership that has refused to do anything about all the problems on this side of western downtown, it is a free for all of illegals and drunks, police hide until called to the area, most that live here cannot vote or are legal residence. Will the city ever do anything to make it better in this area of our city?
ReplyDeleteThe posted crime stats are a joke.
ReplyDeleteLast week in the vicinity of 2nd ave. north and 4th and K St., there were several unreported [by the police]crimes.
Monday night a man was beaten and robbed @ 4th & K, later in the week I found a purse stolen in a smash & grab at LW pier at 5 pm.
Also watched a person enter and lurk around several properties, at around 2 pm, in the area and called 911 about same.
On weekend, a neighbor from 300 block of K was beaten and robbed near 2nd and federal, and a known sex offender was found to be hanging at a 14 yr. old neighbors house.
I mean, WTF ?
Crime is going down ?
I was witness to every instance other than the 2nd and federal, so I KNOW whats what.
John
That is the sad truth of the matter, John. Crime is NOT going down even though the PBSO likes to tell us that it is. In some ways, crime is totally out of control.
ReplyDeleteDriving back from the doctor this morning, PBSO did not have any patrol cars with radar. It was pretty funny with some of the cars using 6th Avenue South as a speedway, tailgating me who was going the speed limit.
